• CDC Issues Health Advisory about Misuse of Pesticides for Bed Bugs - The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are alerting the public to an emerging national concern regarding misuse
of pesticides to treat infestations of bed bugs and other insects indoors.
• New Publication Offers Advice on Managing Wood-destroying Pests - A new publication offered by the Pesticide Education Program in Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences provides recommendations for preventing and controlling infestations of wood destroying insects.
• The IPM Practioner's 2012 Directory of Least-Toxic Products - The IPM Practitioner's 2012 Directory of Least-Toxic Pest Control Products contains more than 2,000 products produced by more than 600 suppliers.
