Arch Interim Housing of St. Louis has earned 100% guest satisfaction in 2012 for the 3rd year in a row.

2013-02-09
ST. LOUIS, MO, February 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) Arch Interim Housing, a St. Louis-based corporate housing provider, is proud to announce that it has continued to exceed guests' expectations and has received 100% guest satisfaction for the third consecutive year.

The St. Louis-based corporate housing provider has obtained this outstanding honor again as a result of providing superior customer service, exceptional furnishings and housewares, and impeccable corporate suites to its many guests.

"We are very honored to have received such distinguished and notable recognition from all of our guests for the third consecutive year," said Robb Lax, owner of Arch Interim Housing. "Our vision has always been and always will be to provide the industry's highest level of customer service, and these results dictate that we are progressing in the correct direction."

Arch Interim Housing has recently reviewed their collection of surveys and scores from their guests from 2012. The survey was completed by 286 individual guests, and through a series of questions, each guest gave the corporate housing provider feedback on several facets of their experience.

All 286 guests that completed the survey reported that they would use Arch's services again. Additionally, all guests surveyed indicated that they would refer Arch Interim Housing's services to friends, family members, and business associates.

The survey is based on a scale of one to ten; one represents the worse service imaginable while ten represents the best service one could possibly receive. All facets of guests' experience are rated, including cleanliness, quality of furnishings and housewares, quality of service, speed of service, and the quality of the communities.

"We truly believe that past performance is an incredibly strong indicator of future performance. These survey results will aid us in being able to properly maintain the areas in which we truly excel and to also improve in the areas that aren't yet perfect," said Lax. "With a team of knowledgeable and dedicated personnel, Arch Interim Housing is committed to offering high-quality apartment homes in highly desirable locations and catering to our guests' individual needs."

Every Arch Interim Housing corporate suite is furnished with high quality furniture, electronics, and housewares and is offered at an unbeatable value that is often more than 50 percent less than a typical hotel stay.

The corporate culture of Arch Interim Housing emphasizes catering to every guest's needs, providing timely and personalized service, and nurturing outstanding values in order to achieve the goal of giving guests the best short-term housing experience in the Greater St. Louis Region.
