Grand Rapids Dentist Offers New Patient Forms Online

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, March 13, 2013 (Press-News.org) Dr. Ronald Olszewski, Grand Rapids dentist, is excited that his practice is offering online, downloadable forms for new patients. Dr. Olszewski hopes that being able to access the forms online will create more time for quality appointments. He invites potential patients to visit his practice's website to download and fill out patient forms prior to their first visit.
