Metairie Podiatrist Offers Laser Toenail Fungus Removal

Dr. Robert Kadish is happy to be offering painless toenail fungus removal to his patients

2013-03-24
METAIRIE, LA, March 24, 2013 (Press-News.org) Dr. Robert Kadish, Metairie podiatrist, is proud to offer the Cutera Laser to treat toenail fungus in his patients. The laser offers a pain free, effective way to treat toenail fungus in one 30-minute treatment session performed in Dr. Kadish's office.

"I am glad that we are offering this treatment to our patients. It is painless, effective and does not have side effects compared to those that are possible with an oral pill. I hope our patients appreciate that we are offering them a different way to treat toenail fungus," said Dr. Kadish, foot doctor from Metairie.

The Cutera laser penetrates the toenail and vaporizes the fungus embedded in the nail bed and nail plate where the fungus exists. The laser is safe, painless and has no effect on the healthy tissue surrounding the fungus. Some patients describe feeling a warm sensation on the toenail during the actual treatment. When treated with the laser, patients report better results than those who take the pill for treatment. The pill is taken for three months and has side effects. Laser treatment is one appointment that takes about 30 minutes and is cleared by the FDA.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Kadish for orthotics in Metairie or another podiatric service, patients can either call (504) 833-0029 or use the online appointment request form. Brain Relativity Answers the Problems of Language Evolution

Brain Relativity Answers the Problems of Language Evolution
2013-03-24
Language universals are due to "brain relativity" and have little to do with different languages evolving with the same structures independently. According to the theory of relativity both space and time are relative to one another. Relativity predicts that when brains arise they will be automatically wired in the relativity of space/time in order to navigate the world in which these brains exist. You need to, within a time frame of now, see things as now and in the order of their happenings. The brain sees things in relative space/time terms! This predicts ...

Both the crane operator and the contractor received citations as a result of the Queens crane accident. Buildings Department officials reported that the contractor was responsible for failing to properly ...

Longshore and harbor workers have rights when injured on the job

2013-03-24
Longshore and harbor workers have rights when injured on the job In 1927 Congress passed the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, a comprehensive workers' compensation system for those who are injured while working near navigable waters. Lawmakers recognized that some maritime workers who were injured were falling through the cracks. They did not meet the definition of "seamen" for purposes of filing claims under the Jones Act and also did not qualify for benefits under the various states' workers' compensation systems. Those who work in the maritime ...
