The Chef's Academy Hires Chef Chris Francis As New Culinary Instructor
The Chef's Academy (http://www.thechefsacademy.com), the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 110-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers 40 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced the hire of a new culinary instructor, Chef Chris Francis. With 16 years of experience, Francis has taught wines and spirits, meat fabrication, and soups and sauces at Scottsdale Culinary Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, Ariz.
