Little Rock DWI Attorney John Collins to Speak at Arkansas Bar Association's Annual Meeting

Collins will speak about "DWI Trouble" at the four-day event in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

LITTLE ROCK, AR, June 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) Prominent Little Rock, AR DWI attorney John Collins of the Collins Law Firm will present "DWI Trouble? Here is the Solution" on Saturday, June 15 at the Arkansas Bar Association's Annual Meeting in Hot Springs, AR. The presentation is scheduled to take place from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in room 207 of the Hot Springs Convention Center.

During the presentation, Collins will address current problems with DWI, DUI, and DWI-drug cases. More specifically, he will discuss how standardized field sobriety tests, blood tests, breath tests, and urine tests are performed, what their results mean, and how they can be flawed. Licensed attorneys that have registered for the Annual Meeting will be eligible for one hour of continuing legal education (CLE) credit for attending the presentation.

Collins is the owner of the Collins Law Firm in Little Rock, AR. He specializes in DWI and DUI law and practices across the entire state of Arkansas. A former police officer and deputy prosecuting attorney, Collins is known by many attorneys as "Mr. DWI". He is a general member and state delegate of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc., Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Chemical Society, and has received numerous distinctions including being voted as Best of the Best Attorneys in Hempstead County, AR in 2010.

This year marks the 115th Annual Meeting of the Arkansas Bar Association. About John Collins
John Collins, known by many attorneys as "Mr. DWI", obtained his B.A.A.S. degree from the Texas A&M University - Texarkana and his Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, AR. Mr. Collins spent several years as a police officer where he served as a field training officer, patrolman, investigator, and instructor of an alcohol education program. John was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Arkansas.
