A to Z Law Named a Top Ranked Law Firm in California

Martindale-Hubbell names Oxnard-based law firm A to Z Law, as one of California's "Top Ranked Law Firms."

2013-06-09
OXNARD, CA, June 09, 2013 (Press-News.org) For the second year in a row, national attorney rating service Martindale-Hubbell has named Arnold LaRochelle Mathews VanConas & Zirbel LLP (A to Z Law) as one of California's "Top Ranked Law Firms." The Oxnard-based firm is one of only four firms in Ventura County to be so recognized. The 2013 ranking appeared in the Wall Street Journal California edition (May 31) and will be published in Fortune magazine later this year.

"Our firm is proud and honored to be acknowledged as one of California's best," said John Mathews, A to Z Law's managing partner. "We knew that our lawyers were a cut above, but it is really special when you receive validation from your peers."

Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are determined by soliciting the confidential opinions of lawyers and judges, who provide evaluations of a candidate's ethical standards, and legal ability in five key areas. To identify honorees, LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell researched its database of more than 1.2 million lawyers and firms in more than 160 countries, identifying U.S. firms with 10 or more attorneys, where at least one in three achieved the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating. An AV Preeminent rating reflects that the attorney demonstrates the highest level of ethical standards and legal ability.

Established in 1990, Arnold LaRochelle Mathews VanConas & Zirbel LLP (A to Z Law) is one of Ventura County's most distinguished law firms, noted for its expertise and reputation. The firm's eight practice groups provide individuals, businesses and government agencies with superior counsel in a wide range of matters, including business, real estate and personal injury litigation; real estate and business transactions; estate planning, probate and trust administration; environmental and land use law; and water and wastewater law. The firm's highly respected attorneys represent clients in trial courts and administrative hearings throughout Southern California. For more information, visit http://www.atozlaw.com.
