Alexander Daas Announces Opening of New Eyewear Showroom

Popular among celebrity clientele, Alexander Daas chooses San Diego to launch a new level of high-end optics and sunglasses

SAN DIEGO, CA, June 15, 2013 (Press-News.org) Alexander Daas, the luxury eyewear brand for tastemakers and fashion aficionados, announces the opening of its first retail showroom. San Diego's historic Gaslamp District will be the new home to the brand's original designs made with high-quality materials in Japan. The new showroom will introduce high fashion, handmade prescription and non-prescription optics and sunglasses to the San Diego market. The showroom officially opens this month and is located at 431J Street.

Founder and designer of the brand, licensed optician Alexander Daas, will be fitting, styling and dispensing prescription and non-prescription lenses for both sunglass and optic designs at the storefront. Currently sold in boutiques and optometrist offices nationwide, the San Diego showroom will primarily carry the Alexander Daas brand, as well as other independent brands such as KBL, Initium and more.

"It has become apparent that San Diego is evolving into a thriving fashion community. We are confident that the Alexander Daas brand will give San Diego that first push towards becoming a stronger, more appealing market for fashion forward enthusiasts," says founder and designer, Alexander Daas.
