PALM HARBOR, FL, March 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Fountains Shopping Plaza located at 34824 US HWY 19 N. in Palm Harbor is pleased to announce the opening of Vallartas Mexican Restaurant in the former Aunt Chillada's space.

Vallartas Mexican Restaurant has several locations in Tampa and has been in business in Tampa for 18 years. They have a history of success and an outstanding reputation. The owner Ernesto Jimenez is excited to be expanding into Pinellas County and plans to open the restaurant for business in April 2011.

Vallartas will offer authentic Mexican food, a full bar and happy hour daily from 2pm - 7pm!

We look forward to Vallartas joining The Fountains Plaza and hope you will stop by and enjoy the festive atmosphere, excellent food and daily specials!
