Plastic Surgeon Moves Practice to Downtown Portland

PORTLAND, OR, August 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Yale S. Popowich, who practices plastic surgery in Portland, is moving his practice downtown where he will be able to better serve his patients with ease of location and an affiliation with Pearl Women's Center.
