During classroom time, preschoolers rotate groups and teachers to learn different skills in each setting. Each month, all the groups plan their activities based on a story and song of the month. Each story/song of the month has several categories including: pre-braille/low vision, sensory/orientation & mobility, cooking/snacks, dramatic play/environmental set-up, motor (indoor/outdoor), hand and communication skills. Funds will also be used to help fund transportation costs which have increased dramatically over the last couple of years." - Kristine Wolfe - Development Director, Anchor Center for Blind Children
