Capital Safety Australia Introduces Their New Fall Protection Suspension Seat

SILVERWATER, AUSTRALIA, April 23, 2013 (Press-News.org) Capital Safety, home of the DBI-SALA and PROTECTA brands of fall protection equipment has announced the launch of their new Suspension Seat, purpose built for rope access and rescue harnesses.

DBI-SALA's new Suspension Seat has been specifically designed with the ability to be attached and used with any brand or style of fall protection harness; however the seat is ideal for use with their specialist range of rescue & rope access harnesses available in the popular ExoFit NEX or DELTA II styles. The use of suspension seats provides added comfort and support when working in suspension, or in industrial rope access applications.

"Ideal for use in rescue, suspension & rigging, suspension seats reduce fatigue when suspended in a harness for long periods of time," said Emmett McGregor, Global Product Manager for Capital Safety. Constructed from durable lightweight materials, the seat is wide and sturdy with a cushioned padded seat featuring breathable mesh lining.
