DENVER, CO, April 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) For generations, kids have looked forward to summer camps to experience things they might not find easily accessible in everyday life - sports, academics, leadership, or maybe just a chance to get to know a new group of friends. Colorado Academy Summer Camps takes this concept to a new level this summer with a diverse array of camps that might surprise you.
Sure, Colorado Academy still offers the classic camps many remember fondly from their childhoods - archery, baseball, cooking; academic camps to keep a sharp mind over the long summer months - but there are many that step outside the box. For example: App Design. Comic Book Illustration. Wildlife Detectives. Advanced Sailing. Lego Camp. Is your child a science fiction fan? How about enrolling him or her in Star Wars School? Oh, the possibilities!
"At CA Summer Programs, we recognize that every child is unique, so it's our goal to provide a wide variety of programs that appeal to the unique personalities of every camper" said Jenny Wilczewski, Summer Camps Director. "Our camps can be viewed as a la carte offerings that can be combined to create a fully customized schedule for your child. "
Colorado Academy, located in Denver, Colorado, offers a dynamic liberal arts and sciences program that challenges students ethically, academically, artistically, and athletically creates the foundation of Colorado Academy. Teachers, students, parents, and staff foster trusting and respectful relationships, enhancing our thriving school family. Students pursue excellence and seek to become life-long learners and contributors in our local and international communities. Colorado Academy (CA) has offered summer activities for Denver metro area youth since 1951. Young people come from as far as Castle Rock, Evergreen, and Parker. A sizable number of them are not students at CA during the academic year.
