Ashton Woods Homes Raleigh Receives Four 2013 MAME Awards

The company's Leesville Crest model home in Raleigh, the Fairmont, received recognition for Best Outdoor Living Space and Best Product Design for a Detached Home with a sales price of $550,001-$700,000. The 4,950-square-foot home includes four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, first-floor in-law quarters with spacious living space, second-floor game room with full kitchen, an outdoor living area with a pool, a gourmet kitchen and a three-car garage.
