The program will discuss recent changes to Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code (MUPC) and what it means for probate practitioners. REBA's faculty will offer essential insight into the practical aspects of the MUPC as it continues to evolve. The program will place special emphasis on real estate conveyancing under the MUPC with a focus on the updates to the REBA Handbook of Standards and Forms.
