WEST HARTFORD, CT, May 01, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Reggie Brooks is announcing the CT REIA Monthly Meeting for real estate investors on May 13, 2013. This meeting will take place from 5:45 pm to 9:00 pm at the Four Points Sheraton, located at 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT.
At 5:45, attendees will discover CT REIA membership benefits at the New Members Workshop. At 6:00 there will be an Early Bird Workshop. At this portion of the event, attendees can have their real estate deal analyzed by CT REIA experts. At 6:30 there will be a speed networking and member property deals portion of the event. This is organized so that attendees get to meet the people they need to meet.
At 7:15 Reggie Brooks will begin his presentation. Attendees of this seminar will learn how to: make big profits using abandoned properties; invest with no cash; invest with no credit; take advantage of techniques that the professional investors use to make large profits; learn new tips and insights that the professionals use to find profitable deals; find hidden cash producing secrets that even so called smart investors don't even know; uncover hidden value in properties that most seasoned investors overlook; profit from properties that most investors consider worthless; write contracts that maximize profits; use creative financing to fund deals; and more.
Starting out with very little money, Reggie began his investment career in 1986. After taking several real estate investment courses he began investing in rental properties in Los Angeles. By educating himself about hidden opportunities in real estate and making well-placed investments, he has become a multi-millionaire. Reggie is an international speaker/lecturer, an author, and an active real estate investor. Reggie has spoken on programs with such notables as Donald Trump, Magic Johnson, Suze Orman, Anthony Robbins, George Foreman, Rudy Giuliani, Dr. Albert Lowry, Alan Greenspan, David Bach and Russell Simmons.
