Fox Valley Institute Holds Second Evening with an Expert Seminar

NAPERVILLE, IL, May 02, 2013 (Press-News.org) Cheryl Frommelt, MS, LCPC, LMFT will be presenting "Can You Hear Me Now: Five Ways to Get Your Child to Listen" for An Evening with an Expert at Fox Valley Institute (FVI).

In the one-hour presentation, Cheryl will provide guests with information on why children misbehave, how to avoid nagging and yelling behaviors, as well as the 5 "R's" of fair and effective consequences. As the second seminar for FVI's An Evening with an Expert series, all proceeds from guests will go to KidsMatter. KidsMatter is a local non-profit organization empowering kids and parents to realize the endless possibilities. An Evening with an Expert series will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 7:00-8:00pm. Each speaker will present a different topic of expertise.

The Fox Valley Institute offers individual, children, adolescent, couples, marriage, group, and family counseling services, as well as psychological testing, life coaching, RRT, EMDR, and the Life Line Technique.
