2013-05-03
TOWSON, MD, May 03, 2013 (Press-News.org) Towson cosmetic dentist, Dr. Mehdi Zamani at Advanced Dental Care is now accepting patient appointments online via the practice's newly designed website. This move is designed to increase patient satisfaction by allowing patients to schedule appointments at their convenience

"Some people will use every excuse to not visit the dentist and I wanted to change that. Our new website also allows current and prospective patients to conveniently set up appointments with our dental experts by simply visiting the website. We've added convenience, comfort and pleasure to the dental vocabulary and patients simply have no more excuses to put off their visit," said Dr. Zamani, dentist in Towson, MD.

This service is especially helpful for patients who work or go to school during normal business hours. Since the website is available at all times, patients can request an appointment whenever it is convenient for them. A lot of times there is a lot of back and forth calling with the patient and the scheduling coordinator in order to find an appointment time that works for both Dr. Zamani and the patient. Online appointment scheduling eliminates that process. Patients are able to make an appointment without ever having to pick up the phone.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Zamani, Towson family dentist, patients can either call (410) 825-7500 or use the website's online scheduling tool. To do this patients simply go to Dr. Zamani's website and click the "appointment request tab." Patients then fill out the form stating the preferred date and time and a short description about the nature of the appointment. The practice's scheduling coordinator will follow up shorty via phone call or email to confirm.

Patients are encouraged to visit Dr. Zamani's new website at http://www.advanceddentalcareoftowson.com/. His office is located at 120 Sister Pierre Drive, Suite 503, off of York Road in the Campus of St. Joseph's Hospital.
