This move is designed to increase patient satisfaction by allowing patients to schedule appointments at their convenience

This service is especially helpful for patients who work or go to school during normal business hours. Since the website is available at all times, patients can request an appointment whenever it is convenient for them. A lot of times there is a lot of back and forth calling with the patient and the scheduling coordinator in order to find an appointment time that works for both Dr. Zamani and the patient.
