AAIM Employers Association Announces Annual Leadership Conference

Association celebrates 115 years in business with conference keynote speakers including NFL Coach Jeff Fisher

ST. LOUIS, MO, May 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) AAIM Employers Association, currently celebrating 115 years in business, will hold its annual AAIM Leadership Conference on May 9, 2013 at the St. Louis Airport Hilton. This one-day conference is one of the area's most highly attended events for HR professionals, focusing on current issues such as engagement, leadership development, healthcare reform, succession planning, and talent acquisition. Keynote speakers at the conference include Jeff Fisher, head coach of the St. Louis Rams, Susan Carpenter, nationally recognized expert in the health and welfare industry, and Jack Lannom, CEO of Lannom Worldwide and founder of the "People First" philosophy.

"We are delighted to announce a conference featuring such accomplished speakers and rich content," said Phil Brandt, President and CEO of AAIM Employer's Association. "Our goal is to make this conference a worthwhile experience for the HR professional, returning much more value than the time and money invested."

The conference is geared towards business owners, CEOs, CFOs and HR leaders, who will benefit from the variety of presentations and panel discussions on topics including succession planning, workplace development, supervisor training, and workforce engagement. The keynote speaker presentations will feature Jeff Fisher speaking on leadership, Jack Lannom presenting on developing a high performance culture, and Susan Carpenter sharing her views on healthcare reform.
