LOUIS, MO, May 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) AAIM Employers Association, currently celebrating 115 years in business, will hold its annual AAIM Leadership Conference on May 9, 2013 at the St. Louis Airport Hilton. This one-day conference is one of the area's most highly attended events for HR professionals, focusing on current issues such as engagement, leadership development, healthcare reform, succession planning, and talent acquisition. Keynote speakers at the conference include Jeff Fisher, head coach of the St. Louis Rams, Susan Carpenter, nationally recognized expert in the health and welfare industry, and Jack Lannom, CEO of Lannom Worldwide and founder of the "People First" philosophy.
