DeviceLab's New Website Features Medical Device Design Case Studies, Enhanced Usability

Built on the WordPress platform, the redesigned Website is designed to enhance DeviceLab's positioning as a medical device design company with expertise in clean, quality medical device design.

2013-05-05
IRVINE, CA, May 05, 2013 (Press-News.org) DeviceLab Inc., an Orange County medical device design and product development company, today announced the launch of its new Website.

Built on the WordPress platform, the redesigned Website is designed to enhance DeviceLab's positioning as a medical device design company with expertise in clean, quality medical device design, said DeviceLab Vice President-Operations Le Bui.

Along with a refined visual direction, the new Website also includes expanded pages, content and interactive features that offer visitors more depth into what DeviceLab has done and can do. For instance, new pages for UI/UX design, regulatory support and mobile device development are medical device design services that DeviceLab has offered for several years.

But more than being an expanded listing of services, Bui said the Website provides improved illustrations of DeviceLab's capabilities with those services. Along with additional medical product renderings, the Website now also features medical device design case studies. Those studies include DeviceLab's roles in the babyLance(tm) safety heelstick device design and the LensX laser eye surgery system design.

Visitors not only have more choices for what they see on the Website, but how they see it, added Bui. Traditional "list view" presentations are still available, but so is an optional "grid view" format that lets viewers more easily navigate the Website.

The Website also provides social media links to DeviceLab's Twitter and LinkedIn pages, enabling visitors to interact with the company through social media.

Although the entire Website redesign process took four months to complete, it is a job that will never be fully finished, said Bui. "We have more case studies that will soon be added to the Website, and we will also soon be uploading medical product design animations, among other exciting features that we'll continue to roll out."
