HAMDEN, CT, May 15, 2013 (Press-News.org) Earning the highest possible customer satisfaction rating of 5 stars for the fourth straight year, Aaron M. Gross, D.M.D. and Whitneyville Dental have again won the prestigious Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Health & Medical -- Dentists category.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S., honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CM Power Rating. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Hamden dentist, Aaron Gross, opened Whitneyville Dental in 2001 to serve the greater New Haven community with the highest possible level of care. Dr. Gross provides general dental services in addition to restorative and cosmetic dentistry, serving the needs of the entire family.

A Connecticut native, Dr. Gross went to high school just down the road from where his practice is located before receiving his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his dental degree at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2000 and then completed his general practice residency at Danbury Hospital. Dr. Gross continually enhances his dental education through seminars and coursework, and is an Associate Fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute, as well as a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the New Haven Dental Association.
