Brookfield's Encinitas Community Seaside Ridge to Grand Open May 18

Brookfield Residential's Seaside Ridge community will offer 23 one- and two-story luxury homes located less than two miles from the coast in Encinitas.

SAN DIEGO, CA, May 16, 2013 (Press-News.org) On Saturday, May 18 at 10 a.m., Brookfield Residential will grand open Seaside Ridge, an intimate community of 23 semi-custom residences in Encinitas. The community is located at 809 Dolphin Circle and will offer homes priced from the low $1 millions.

During the grand opening, guests can tour Seaside Ridge's 2,883 square-foot model home and view floor plan and customization offerings.

"Seaside Ridge's intimate location and limited number of homes make it unlike other new home communities throughout the county," said Rocky Tracy, VP of Sales for Brookfield Residential. "In addition, the community will present elegant architecture, spacious lots and numerous options for customization, as will be showcased on May 18."

Seaside Ridge's semi-custom homes will range from 2,663 to 4,559 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths and oversized two to six-car garages. Amenities range from covered cabana patios to fireplaces and gourmet kitchens. Floor plans will come in one- and two-story designs, and will include first-floor living suites in several plans, as well as spacious family rooms for hosting guests.

Beyond touring the model on grand opening day, guests can enjoy light refreshments and an opportunity drawing for a $100 gift card to Whole Foods Market Encinitas.
