Fairfield Harbour Community Hosts Art Sale And Wine Tasting May 18

Local Boating And Golf Community Offers More Than 100 Original Paintings For Purchase By Local Artist Tom P. Phillips

NEW BERN, NC, May 17, 2013 (Press-News.org) Fairfield Harbour (http://www.fhpoa.com), a residential boating and golf community located 15 minutes from historic New Bern, has announced that it will host an art sale and wine tasting on Saturday, May 18 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Fairfield Harbour Recreation Center at 104 Marina Drive. More than 100 original paintings by local artist Tom P. Phillips will be available for purchase by guests, along with a complimentary wine tasting. A native North Carolinian, Phillips has traveled extensively and documented the sights he has experienced through his artwork. Painting in oils and acrylics, Tom has works depicting scenes from Europe, Tennessee, Florida, New Orleans and North Carolina. Wine for the event will be provided by Creekside Beverage and gifts, accompanied by Patti Mana from Pamlico Distributing Co.
