Dallas Family Lawyer Thomas J. O'Brien Joins Rose•Walker

Dallas-based Rose•Walker LLP, a national trial and business law firm, is announcing the addition of accomplished family law attorney Thomas J. O'Brien as a partner.

2013-05-18
DALLAS, TX, May 18, 2013 (Press-News.org) Dallas-based Rose•Walker LLP, a national trial and business law firm, is announcing the addition of accomplished family law attorney Thomas J. O'Brien as a partner.

"Asking Tom to join us was one of the easiest things we've ever done," says Rose•Walker founder Martin Rose. "We've been referring our clients to Tom for family law matters for years, and they always rave about his effectiveness and style, and the results he gets while controlling clients' costs. Although Tom is technically a new partner, he is an old and trusted friend and advisor to many of our clients."

Mr. O'Brien, formerly of the Law Office of Thomas O'Brien, handles a variety of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and marital and partition agreements, among others. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. Mr. O'Brien is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He says the decision to join Rose•Walker was an easy one.

"We've always shared the same philosophy that we don't need to fight, but we're not afraid to," Mr. O'Brien says. "Particularly in family law, where emotions run high, your goal is to reach an amicable resolution. But I and the rest of the lawyers here know that attorneys who are ready to go to trial are the ones who get the best verdicts and settlements for their clients."

In addition to Mr. Rose and Mr. O'Brien, several other Rose•Walker attorneys have been recognized by the publishers of Texas Super Lawyers among the top lawyers in the state. The firm also is home to multiple honorees in the annual Texas Rising Stars list of the state's top young lawyers.

Rose•Walker LLP is a national trial and business law firm, focusing on complex civil litigation and corporate legal matters. With offices in Texas, California and Colorado, the firm represents businesses and individuals, and its many major courtroom victories have helped Rose•Walker earn a national reputation for excellence. More information about the firm is available at http://www.rosewalker.com.
