"Asking Tom to join us was one of the easiest things we've ever done," says Rose•Walker founder Martin Rose. Mr. O'Brien, formerly of the Law Office of Thomas O'Brien, handles a variety of family law issues, including divorce, child custody, and marital and partition agreements, among others. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. Mr. O'Brien is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He says the decision to join Rose•Walker was an easy one.

"We've always shared the same philosophy that we don't need to fight, but we're not afraid to," Mr. O'Brien says.
