Carrie Pride comes to LTA with extensive experience in global supply chain process improvement and enterprise systems implementation. She has successfully built collaborative and diverse cross-functional teams, led effective implementation and change management programs, and generated significant results in fulfillment of business-driven objectives. Prior to joining LTA, she served in a variety of roles in the Global Supply Chain management of Baxter Healthcare, where she oversaw testing and implementation of the global ERP business model in various countries and management functional transition from fully insourced to fully outsourced development. She also guided the systems aspect of two divestitures and three acquisitions at Baxter, determining methodology to break apart the businesses' data and systems and developing seamless co-existence strategies. In her new role with LTA, she will devote her skills to comprehensive ERP assessments for clients, placing priority on efficiency, effectiveness, and long-range system planning.
Michael Herringer brings LTA a portfolio of IT experience in the manufacturing and business application sector, specializing in process automation, business process reengineering and organizational development. He has applied his knowledge to ERP evaluations, implementations and overall process reviews, with companies ranging from startups with fewer than 10 employees to multinationals with over 1000 employees and revenues exceeding $100 million.
The addition of Pride and Herringer to LTA supports the company's growth into an industry leader.
