WAYNE, PA, May 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) FluidEdge Consulting is pleased to announce the expansion of its organization to include five highly-skilled and knowledgeable executive members as leadership to oversee some of today's most current healthcare initiatives.

We congratulate Karla Schnell, Joe Taylor, Paul Manz, Sean White and Richard Dyas and welcome them to the FluidEdge executive team.

Karla Schnell's role is to help build a Provider Practice and expand the business in the hospital and health system and physician office domain. Her expertise is in clinical and business process consulting, business development, sales, and marketing.

"I have spent my entire career, 25 years, in Provider Healthcare," she says. "I am a nurse by training and have done work in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the Middle East, bringing together my knowledge of the clinical area and needs and the tools that can help improve it. I am excited to help FluidEdge move and grow in this area to take the company to the next level.

Joe Taylor leads the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Practice, delivering comprehensive consulting services. He is an Accountable care, healthcare management, and health information technology strategist with more than 25 years' experience in developing, leading, implementing, delivering, and measuring the results of innovative, cost-efficient healthcare management solutions.

"We provide a proven, multi-functional, end-to-end approach to deliver success for your ACO, and other advanced payment models. Beginning with a strategic assessment to understand, develop and deliver your goals and objectives, we design the best path forward to exceed your definition of success," says Taylor.

Paul Manz, Healthcare Informatics & Reimbursement Practice Leader, has over 25 years of extensive healthcare management and consulting experience. Paul's national experience stretches across numerous health care segments, including health plan financial management, informatics, provider contracting arrangements and state of the art analysis reporting systems for Health Plans, providers and ACOs.

"At FluidEdge, we design actionable, revenue driven, accurate real time analytics solutions" says Manz.

Sean White, the VP -ICD-10 Practice, has more than 18 years of experience as a senior manager across the healthcare industry, managing both applications development and technical architecture groups. He has recently been exclusively working with payor and hospital clients on their ICD-10 efforts.

"We offer a full range of ICD-10 services to our clients and have experience with methodologies that have proven successful across the complete ICD-10 lifecycle from startup, through remediation process. We work to define and implement key performance indicators to assess and monitor the ICD-10 impact post ICD-10 implementation".

Richard Dyas, Vice President of Business Development, has been in healthcare for more than 30 years primarily in the tri-state area. Rick has a strong background in information technology and has advised large healthcare organizations. He helped the State of New Jersey write the State plan for Health Information Exchange in order to receive Federal funds from the ONC. He currently sits on the board of trustees for the Visiting Nurses Association of New Jersey. His goals at FluidEdge are to "establish new relationships in the healthcare provider environment, and increase overall presence and revenue in the marketplace," says Dyas.
