Rock'n Music Academy Offers Unique Summer Camps For Aspiring Musicians!

For the 8th summer, Rock'n Music Academy in Middletown, NJ will be offering unique summer camps focusing on live performance and songwriting/recording!

MIDDLETOWN, NJ, May 21, 2013 (Press-News.org) Rock'n Music Academy, located at 500 highway 35 S Union Square in Middletown, NJ is offering unique summer camps open to aspiring musicians ages 8-17! Whether your passion is playing with a band and performing live or writing and recording original material, we have a summer program for you. Guitar, bass, drum, keyboard/piano and vocal students of all levels are welcome. Students with as little as one month experience playing an instrument can participate in our camps. Take your playing to the next level with one of our summer camp programs!

Summer Rock Camp

During the five day camps students will study the art of playing in a band and work toward putting together a successful live concert. Students will have control over every aspect of the process, from naming their band to selecting songs for the show! The Rock'n Music instructor team will assist students in learning professional songwriting and performance techniques, mastering song parts, and rehearsing as a band. On the final day the camp students will perform a live outdoor concert!

Recording Camp

This five day camp focuses on the process of writing, recording, and promoting original music. During the camp, students will learn professional songwriting techniques and have access to professional recording equipment. Under the guidance of the Rock'n Music professional instructor team, students will write and record original songs which will be produced on cd! Students will play an active role in every aspect of the process, from writing and recording the songs to designing the cd cover art. All students in attendance will be featured on the recordings and will receive a copy of the final product!

Availability for all camps is limited so please enroll in advance!
