Presenting Chapel Hill Estate Planning Attorney Invited Back for June Event

President of Chapel Hill estate planning firm TrustCounsel, Gregory Herman-Giddens, has been invited back by Strafford Publications to present a national teleconference on "IRA Beneficiary Trusts and Post-Death Administration."

He delivers the many benefits of IRA beneficiary trusts, like creditor protections and tax deferrals, and reviews issues that arise when coordinating with trustees and IRA custodians. Herman-Giddens, along with Los Angeles-area attorney Philip J. Kavesh, will answer how to avoid issues with defective beneficiary designation forms and how to manage missed deadlines. This webinar is designed for financial advisors and attorneys nationwide and offers CLE credits.

Herman-Giddens offers estate planning in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and New York through his TrustCounsel law firm.
