(www.autojusticeattorney.com), will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming seminar, Are You Still Unsure About the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) 2013 Law? The seminar will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Pain Center of Central Florida located at 3861 Oakwater Circle Orlando, FL 32806.
"It is my goal with this seminar to educate doctors and consumers on the new PIP law, specifically addressing the recent Tallahassee injunction against certain provisions of the no-fault law and what this will mean for Florida auto insurance," said attorney Michael T. Gibson.
The seminar is open to chiropractors, primary care physicians who handle PIP cases, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, pain management doctors, attorneys and the public. The seminar will address recent amendments to the new PIP law, the impact this will have on accident victims, treating physicians and auto insurance coverage. In addition, the seminar will address the 14 day window accident victims have to seek medical treatment and the recent temporary injunction ordered by a Tallahassee judge against certain provisions of the state's no-fault PIP law.
