NORCROSS, GA, May 28, 2013 (Press-News.org) The Atlanta homeless shelters, Atlanta Mission, would like to take a moment to discuss the number of thrift stores they work with on a daily basis to meet their organizational needs. The non-profit homeless shelters in Atlanta are dedicated to ending homelessness in the city through their commitment to Christ.
These values are made known by the fact that staff members and volunteers at each thrift store conduct a daily prayer and have prayer request boxes available for customers to use. The Atlanta homeless shelters are honored to say that their thrift ministry is actively partnered with local churches and agencies to provide low-income residents clothing vouchers which they can redeem at the stores.
According to Josh Deyton, Director of External Marketing of Atlanta Mission, "By working with a diverse range of stores in the nearby Atlanta area, we have been able to successfully expand the reach of our organization. We urge people to visit our website to find information on where the thrift stores are located and how they can donate goods that many people in this city so desperately need."
The Homeless Shelters in Atlanta Make the Drop-Off and Pick-Up Process Simple
The Atlanta homeless shelters make it very easy for residents to donate supplies to their thrift store ministries. You can drop off goods directly to their storefronts or schedule a time for them to come pick them up. They have a built-in sign up form directly on their thrift store page online that can be filled out for this purpose.
