Alta Del Mar is Pardee's big winner, with 5 Gold Nugget honors for site planning, architectural design of detached housing and landscape architecture. Sorrento Terrace also took a Gold Nugget Award of Merit, for design and planning of multi-family homes with a density of under 18 units per acre.
