PORT ORCHARD, WA, May 29, 2013 (Press-News.org) New country artist, Chase, debuts his album titled "Country State of Mind" May 2013. Recorded at Blackbird Studio in Nashville, Tennessee by Grammy award winning music producer and engineer, David Hall. "Country State of Mind" is a collection of ten original songs about love, loss, family, self-respect, and country living. Album release concerts are scheduled at The Roadhouse in Spokane Valley, Washington on May 29th and at the Omak Stampede Arena in Omak, Washington May 30th. Tickets for both shows are available at http://www.ChaseCountry.com or at the door.
Chase is an original singer/songwriter who grew up on a 17,000 acre cattle and hay ranch in Washington state. Chase embodies the reality of country living and his genuine songs draw from his personal experiences as a rancher. "Being considered 'country' isn't just about where you live, it's about working hard and taking pride your work, family-centered values and morals, and enjoying the simpler things in life. The country lifestyle is a state of mind" reflects Chase about the inspiration for his album title.
Chase chose Blackbird Studio, owned by John and Martina McBride, to record his songs. Artists such as Beck, Sheryl Crow, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Kings of Leon, The White Stripes, and Taylor Swift have also recorded at Blackbird. Showcasing a diverse range of genres, producer David Hall's project credits include Frank Sinatra, Petra, Etta James, Kenny Chesney, Jewel, Fall Out Boy, Vince Gill, and Carrie Underwood.
Chase will begin touring across the Northwest June 20th, 2013. American Idol semi-finalist, Anna Kaelin, will be opening for Chase through August. 3rd, 2013.
