Grand Opening of Pardee Homes' Meadow Ridge in Lake Elsinore Slated for Saturday, June 1st

LAKE ELSINORE, CA, May 31, 2013 (Press-News.org) The grand opening of Pardee Homes' newest neighborhood, Meadow Ridge at Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore, takes place on Saturday, June 1st. Home shoppers ready to move-up to a bigger home are invited to be among the first to tour the models, enjoy complimentary refreshments and see the Plan 3x kitchen demonstration.

Activities planned for the grand opening on June 1st include a visit by the Rancho A Go Go barbecue food truck, a kitchen demonstration and kid's activities. Grand opening activities will take place at various times throughout the day between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Meadow Ridge, featuring homes with Pardee's exclusive GenSmart Suite, consists of 147 single-family detached homes, including both one- and two-story floor plans, with pricing from the low $300,000s.
