The grand opening of Pardee Homes' newest neighborhood, Meadow Ridge at Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore, takes place on Saturday, June 1st. Home shoppers ready to move-up to a bigger home are invited to be among the first to tour the models, enjoy complimentary refreshments and see the Plan 3x kitchen demonstration.Activities planned for the grand opening on June 1st include a visit by the Rancho A Go Go barbecue food truck, a kitchen demonstration and kid's activities. Grand opening activities will take place at various times throughout the day between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Meadow Ridge, featuring homes with Pardee's exclusive GenSmart Suite, consists of 147 single-family detached homes, including both one- and two-story floor plans, with pricing from the low $300,000s.
Floor plans range in size from approximately 2,385 to 4,241 square feet with up to seven bedrooms, three to five baths, and three- and four-bay garages.
Each of the two-story plans includes a downstairs bedroom and a unique optional 12-foot glider window package at the covered patio on select plans.
