SAINT LOUIS, MO, June 04, 2013 (Press-News.org) Kim Bond became a Christian in December of 1996. Soon after, she publicly confessed her faith in Christ and became baptized. She loved hearing and telling stories. She began writing short stories in 2008. She deeply desired to hone her creative writing skill and began to study classic authors such as Charles Dickens, Fyodor Dostoevsky, and Gustave Flaubert.
Editors were instantly impressed with her writing skill. Her Christian short stories now appear in over thirty publications. Although her stories reached a wide audience, she noticed a dilemma. Having stories published on various sites and in a variety of anthologies was problematic for fans who wanted to enjoy multiple stories in one sitting. Therefore, she published over twenty of her short stories in one place. This collection was released on May 24, 2013 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Over twenty tales ranging in genre from speculative to literary appear under one cover.
Read what these editors say about short works appearing in this anthology: Carolina Maine of Angoor Press, LLC says of "Gumdrop Alley," "Thank you for your difficult and charitable work in Christ for women in this horrible situation." Lyndon Perry of ResAliens Press writes, "I enjoyed 'Mud Maker' and its somewhat formal but oddly personable narrative voice and intriguing spiritual/philosophical exploration." Anna of Shadow Fiction states, ["American Balloon"] is "well written and unique."
After much contemplation, Kim Bond decided to use her writing skills and talents to contribute to the Christian community exclusively. This decision was based on the Christian community's need for a wider selection—especially in the area of short stories. Electronic publishing has surged in popularity over the last five years. This combined with an increasingly busy society has caused the demand for short stories to soar.
Author Kim Bond has begun a new endeavor. She has drawn on her technical and creative writing skills to edit a non-fiction journal. She is currently editing Never Forsaken: A Testimony Collection. Her goal for completion of this project is August 2013.

Private lenders have known for quite some time that conservative lending guidelines used by banks and conventional lenders exclude many individuals who are in fact able to pay back loans but that simply do not fit into the sometimes archaic guidelines. Most importantly, ...
