Credico USA Employees Put Charity Before Leisure as They Commit to Taking Part in the Chicago Cares Serve-a-Thon

At Credico USA we also recognize that we have to put something back into society. This June 15, Team Credico USA will be volunteering their time to help those less fortunate. "There was no shortage of volunteers wanting to give up their leisure time," said Jean Broaddhus, Director of client relations at Credico USA.

As a part of the Chicago Cares serve-a-thon which kicks off at Daly Plaza, the Credico USA team has committed to spending their Saturday helping Chicago Public Schools in impoverished areas. They will be assisting in classroom renovations, painting, landscaping parks and play grounds, restoring libraries, building and cleaning to help make Elementary Schools across the City of Chicago a better, more welcoming place when the kids return to school in August.

This is the 20th annual event which over the years has grown massively and it is now the largest single day of community service in Chicago where volunteers come together to meet some of Chicago's most challenging needs.
