The conference will be held in Greensboro, N.C. from Monday, July 22 to Tuesday, July 23.
QUOTE:
"We are looking forward to Chef Eddie representing our school and our commitment to continuing education for everyone involved in culinary education," said Chef Jeffrey Bane, campus president and national dean at The Chef's Academy. "As educators, we share a focus on ensuring that our students have access to the best and most current information, which comes largely from their teachers staying up to date and current with their own education. Chef Eddie will certainly provide excellent information and perspective as he works with these educators."
"I am excited to be part of the 2013 CTE Summer Conference," said Wilson. "It is an honor to work with other culinarians and educators to provide new, updated and important industry information. It is not every day that we have the opportunity to positively impact the teachers and students involved with family and consumer sciences education, and I am looking forward with great anticipation to this conference."
