Watson Realty Corp. Names Ponte Vedra Beach as Top Producing Office
2013-06-13
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL, June 13, 2013 (Press-News.org) Mary Ann Bongiorno took to the red carpet once again at the Watson Realty Corp. annual awards ceremony as her top-producing office in Ponte Vedra Beach was announced as No. 1 in the company. Bongiorno is the vice president and managing broker of the Ponte Vedra Beach office and is a Certified Success Coach and member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. As their leader, Bongiorno's sales team of luxury-trained associates had a combined closed sales volume of more than $223 million in 2012. This represents 656 closed units and is an 8.82 percent increase in units over 2011 and a 28.34 percent increase in volume from 2011.

Bongiorno credits the tremendous success of the Ponte Vedra Beach office to marketing strategies, training and the use of the latest in technology. "Our associates are setting the bar at a higher level than ever before," shares Bongiorno.

Bongiorno has adopted a philosophy that centers on the importance of devoting energy to the solving of problems. This concentration on finding business solutions is a focal point in Bongiorno's leadership strategy. In a market that has left many people in the industry frustrated over the last five years, the Ponte Vedra Beach team keeps solving the problems and, in doing so, becomes more skilled in meeting the needs of the luxury home customer.

Bongiorno and a group of her sales associates attended the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) and Luxury Portfolio International conference in Las Vegas, Nev. in February. The sold-out event hosted 500 real estate professionals from elite brokerage firms with the purpose of training and strengthening business relationships. Bongiorno attends these important events to further the education of her team and to stay at the forefront of real estate news and technology.

"We had the advantage of networking with the world's most successful brokers and their associates. Continued education and participation in these events provides our associates with the tools needed to best serve their customers," Bongiorno said.
