A native of North Carolina, Mooring earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies at UNC Chapel Hill, and his MBA from Regent University. He brings 16 years of varied experience in management, marketing, and customer service, which includes serving as Executive Vice President of CrossComm, Inc., an award-winning website and mobile application development firm in Durham, NC. Mooring is Founder and President of BurlapSky, Inc., a digital marketing consultancy, and co-founder of the Business Growth Network.
