TORONTO, CANADA, June 13, 2013 (Press-News.org) PearceWellwood is a full-service supplier for some of the world's top consumer brands. They create packaging design, manufacture corrugated assemble and pack point-of-purchase displays, and also manage warehousing and distribution.
PackManager will run PearceWellwood's contract packaging operations, and integrate with Amtech Imaginera, which will continue to be used for their corrugated operation. They will also be implementing Nulogy's QCloud cloud-based quality control software, to help maintain the numerous standards they uphold for their clients.
PearceWellwood chose to implement PackManager to improve its inventory accuracy and tracking, and automate many processes that are currently being done manually, thus reducing labor costs and error risks. The Software as a Service (SaaS) solution will also allow them to get a clearer sense of which jobs are most profitable, and make estimating faster, more accurate, and less painful.
"PearceWellwood believes that PackManager will enable us to improve many of our processes, and further enhance the quality of our award-winning operations," stated Sush Mahalanobis, Senior Vice President of PearceWellwood. "Our company designs, manufactures and packs point-of-purchase displays, offering an integrated touch-point solution for top retail brands. So it's important that the software solutions that we rely on for each part of our business also integrate with one another."
"We are honored to have PearceWellwood entrust their operations to our software and teams," said Jason Tham, CEO of Nulogy. "It's great to be working with customers that have such a great vision for their company, and see the potential in our product to help them grow and reach their goals."
