Cutler will provide instruction on the correct use of floral foam, how to make flowers last longer, how to choose the appropriate container for any bouquet, and new and different techniques for arranging fresh flowers. The seminar is part of the NAWBO Greater Raleigh summer seminar series offered to members through July.
