Fullerton Tool has undergone a large data overhaul that has given them the opportunity to offer an overall easier customer experience no matter what type of communication is used. The new website, along with a new catalog, is expected to launch within the next couple weeks.
The discount structuring has been simplified to reflect across the board discounts versus discounts on specific products. In relation to that, the pricing on some items has fluctuated slightly to balance out the discount changes. Most of the price changes will not be noticed with the new discount structure in place.
Discounts given to customers are based on sales volume. Customers seeking out how to improve their discount must contact their local sales representative for details.
Quoting structures have also been improved to include list pricing. In the past, special tool quoting has been delivered with net pricing.
