Murray speaks about how to achieve success, live a better life, stop harmful behaviors and challenge inaccurate beliefs through the power of this book.
After analyzing her own behaviors through a spiritual lens, author Pennie Murray finally broke free of the daily challenges that plagued her life, like fear and self-doubt. After two failed businesses, she knew something was holding her back. When she uncovered what the reason was, she had an immediate desire to share this experience with others and to offer a specific plan for overcoming the sabotaging efforts in achieving success. The book uses an honest, practical writing style to strengthen the reader's self-confidence and the intent is that the reader finishes the book ready to take action.
The book offers the reader a step-by-step guide to breaking free from negative behaviors through the use of the three transformational steps, emotional coaching, counseling action steps, useful exercises and the author's own personal experiences.
