Mr. Margulis is a recognized trial advocate at Seidman Law Offices in downtown Chicago. Now, Mr. Margulis has the ability to represent clients in appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Applicants must have been admitted to practice before the highest court of a State, Commonwealth, Territory or Possession for at least three years prior to the application; must be free from disciplinary action during that time; and must be of good moral and professional character.
