Peter Ratcliffe launches the unique STIRLING MOSS 80 watch - Another first from Legends in Time

Peter Ratcliffe founder of LEGENDS IN TIME, renowned F1 collector, historic racing driver and entrepreneur has fulfilled a personal ambition to design, produce and market his own brand of watch, the Stirling Moss 80.

2010-08-25
MAIDENHEAD, ENGLAND, August 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Racing enthusiast and car fanatic from the age of four, Peter Ratcliffe founded 'Legends in Time' 22 years ago as the first dedicated company to sell F1 Racing Memorabilia. In 1992 Peter put together the first ever charity F1 memorabilia auction where he obtained a huge collection of personal effects from the F1 drivers including suits, helmets & trophies, together with the late greats Ayrton Senna and Juan Manuel Fangio raising GBP125,000 for Great Ormond Street. Peter has also been involved in sponsoring many of the sporting legends including Sir Stirling Moss, the Silk Cut Jaguar drivers at Le Mans and World Championship winner Damon Hill.

As the 'Legends in Time' business continues to evolve releasing new exciting and ground breaking products. Peter's latest vision was to produce a unique, high quality wristwatch with investment and collectible potential and practicality that people could proudly own and enjoy.

Now after two years of research, design and manufacturing - historic racing driver and designer Peter is proud to release this quality time piece the STIRLING MOSS 80 the first ever wristwatch where each and every watch face is personally signed in this case by Sir Stirling Moss.

Only 80 pieces in white and 80 in black face will be created for the WORLD market and each face will be hand signed by Sir Stirling therefore the investment potential is guaranteed for collectors and admirers of this Iconic Englishman.

Peter is not only a close personal friend of Sir Stirling and Lady Moss but also his main sponsor. When designing his first watch Peter wanted to Celebrate Stirling's milestone 80th birthday year to launch the first model.

The Stirling Moss 80 features a Swiss Valjoux movement which has been installed in some of the worlds leading brands for over 20 years with a proven record of reliability, accuracy and durability which has been used by IWC and Breitling and other leading watch companies and comes with a 2 year guarantee.

The limited issue of this watch combined with its quality pedigree and originality makes this a very rare watch indeed with positive investment credentials however unlike many rare watches this is a working watch and each one is totally unique!

Since releasing the watches at Goodwood in July almost half the collection has now been sold and other projects are soon to be announced and released.

Priced at an affordable GBP2795 the second half of the collection is expected to sell out soon.

Prices are subject to change as the series sells out.

Countless AC Contractors: Which One To Pick And Choose?

2010-08-25
There are countless AC dealers in different parts of the city. Some have the latest brands and models of air conditioners, some feature off-season discounts, and some even bundle up a whole lot of accessories along with air conditioners. In such cases, it is not viable to browse through each of the AC providers, to find the one who offers the best deals. No one has the time and energy to weigh the options and choose.
