SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 04, 2010 (Press-News.org) Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP has added Eugene M. Pak as a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Pak joins from DLA Piper in San Francisco with more than 15 years of IP and litigation experience.
"Demand for IP counsel from clients requires the expansion of this group," says managing partner Daniel Rapaport. "Our green business and clean tech clients increasingly have IP issues, as do our clients in areas such as food manufacturing, restaurants, wineries and breweries - even real estate and bankruptcy. Pak focuses on intellectual property counseling and disputes and has represented companies in trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience handling IP issues in a range of capacities, including prosecution and advice, litigation, licensing, and advertising law and sweepstakes.
