Peter Leeds Calls Market Bottom, New Bull Market

Peter Leeds, the authority on penny stocks, and CEO of PennyStocks.com, has called a market bottom, and expects excellent upside from here on out through the end of 2010.

2010-11-06
RALEIGH, NC, November 06, 2010 (Press-News.org) Financial Analyst Peter Leeds, an expert on shares trading for less than $5, has officially called a near term market bottom. He expects certain companies in specific sectors to perform very strongly in the coming months.

Given the current market conditions, and the price activity over recent years, Leeds expects strong upside from key stocks that have passed his Leeds Analysis. His projections are for growth between 50% and 150%, and in the near term.

"We are at a critical inflection point right now," said Peter Leeds. "Investors will be divided between those who got in on the coming run up, and those who missed the boat!"

Asked which companies he expects to outperform, Leeds mentioned that smaller small cap and fundamentally solid penny stocks will enjoy the biggest rebounds. High quality companies with growing market share, solid fundamentals, and recovering revenues, like those he and his research team uncover, will be the big winners.

An expert on penny stocks trading at under $5 per share, Leeds mentioned that many small penny stocks are set to dramatically outperform between now and Christmas. He indicates that many of these smallest companies have been pushed down in price to bargain levels, and have a lot of room to grow.

Leeds provides his top 3 tips for investors:

1. Look to well run companies trading at less than $5 per share (fundamentally solid penny stocks with growing earnings, ballooning revenues, strong management)

2. Don't let the sluggish markets of the last few years fool you (upside could be fast and dramatic)

3. Profits will favor those who act now, and get involved in the highest quality penny stocks that have room to grow.

Many of these smaller companies are set to rise, and soon, according to Leeds. To take advantage of them, he suggests learning more at his Peter Leeds Penny Stocks newsletter.

Peter Leeds, Inc. is an online newsletter focused on penny stocks. Located at http://pennystocks.com, subscribers from six continents and dozens of countries make it one of the most popular stock market publications on the Internet.

Third Party Claims in Georgia Workers' Compensation Cases

2010-11-06
Pretty much everyone knows that if you are injured on the job, you have the right to seek workers' compensation benefits from your employer. What many people do not know, however, is that it may be possible to bring a lawsuit against people other than your employer who may have contributed to your injuries. Known as third party claims, these suits are designed to ensure that an employee is fully and fairly compensated for the effects of a workplace injury. The concept of workers' compensation is a noble one -- providing necessary benefits for injured workers while shielding ...

National Domestic Violence Awareness Month: Breaking the Cycle of Fear

2010-11-06
Since 1987, the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence has promoted October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month to unite advocates across the nation in efforts to reduce violence against women and children. The U.S. Congress has recognized the month every year since in light of the fact that one of four American women will be physically or sexually assaulted by a husband or partner during her lifetime. This year's presidential proclamation in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month calls domestic violence a "devastating public health crisis," but continues ...

The Momentum to Criminalize "Spice," the Legal Marijuana

2010-11-06
Criminalizing "spice" is the latest aggressive agenda of many state and local jurisdictions, including Utah. The spice found in a common household kitchen cabinet is not the target, but a mixture of herbs and chemical ingredients (labeled as "spice") that creates effects similar to marijuana when smoked. Regardless of uncertainty over any long-term health implications of smoking spice and the likely practical effects of a ban, law makers and law enforcement officials across the nation are jumping on board and passing regulations to curtail its use. A total of 11 states ...

Protecting Your Interests and Assets After A Car Accident

2010-11-06
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, in 2009 nearly 60,000 car accidents seriously injured more than 80,000 people on Texas roads. Although this marks a 5 percent decrease from the prior year, this is still far too many people with severe and sometimes life-altering injuries. For those who have suffered injury or serious property damage in one of these auto accidents, an insurance company's initial settlement offer may be tempting. After all, injured parties often need immediate access to funds in order to pay medical bills, vehicle repair costs, or to ...
