From Parlin, New Jersey, Megha Shah has demonstrated what it takes to be chosen as a top personal trainer of Team Fitness America from a nationwide team of personal trainers. For that Shah was chosen for the prestigious Team Fitness America Personal Trainer Of The Month Award.

Shah, who is also in line for personal trainer of the year, holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Sadar Patel University in Gujarat, India. Shah is a top-level New Jersey fitness trainer for Team Fitness America. Her philosophy of using health and fitness to prevent disease, while commonplace in her home country of India is unique in America.
