LIBERTY, MO, November 10, 2010 (Press-News.org) Continental Disc Corporation and Groth Corporation announces the appointment of Mr. Marty Koval to the position of Director of Sales, Americas. In this role, he will be responsible for the sale of both Continental Disc Corporation and Lamot brands of rupture disc products, as well as our Groth Corporation brand of valves, flame control devices, and biogas solutions within the Americas. All North and South American Regional Sales Managers will report directly to Mr. Koval, who is based in the Liberty, Missouri offices. Mr. Koval will report directly to Mr. Steven Breid, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Continental Disc Corporation and Groth Corporation.

Mr. Koval brings over 35 years of sales and product management experience within a variety of industries. Most recently, he was Vice President of Global Sales with Specialty Products, Inc., a manufacturer of polyurethane foam and coatings located in the Seattle, Washington, area. While in this position, he was responsible for managing the company's inside and outside sales teams. Prior to working at Specialty Products, he worked as Director of Worldwide Sales for Helac Corporation, a manufacturer of hydraulic rotary actuators based in Enumclaw, WA.
In addition to his valuable work experience, Mr. Koval brings a wealth of education with him to this new position. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Life Science degree (with honors) from Cornell University. He then went on to earn an MBA in Marketing and Operation Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
