WYLIE, TX, November 10, 2010 (Press-News.org) Women are always on the go — fixing, giving, loving, nurturing, and many other things. They are often too busy to accomplish anything, or find time to enjoy the things that they have been blessed with. According to the International Society of Mental Health Online, "Women tend to be under more stress than men. In today's American society, women often have to manage a variety of conflicting roles. We often wear various hats as we take on additional roles and responsibilities while working full-time schedules at home and at work" (Price, 2004).
According to Shawn Childers, God always prioritized, focused, and completed each task at hand before beginning a new task. So if God is imitated and followed, there will be organization, prioritization, strategic planning, improved relationships, improved self-esteem, help in letting go of negative things in the past, a more balanced life, and empowerment to live the blessed and fulfilled life that is deserved. All of this can be achieved by walking in God's footsteps.
Shawn's inspirational book has touched the lives of many and compelled them to live a life of spiritual, mental, and physical excellence. Her book will challenge and motivate the reader to achieve greatness by living a spiritually centered life, having a positive mind-set, and prioritizing all of life's blessings. Shawn combines these areas of expertise to connect body, mind, and spirit to show others how to become more effective personally and professionally while to rediscovering the joy in life.
Training with Les Brown has helped her to become a more dynamic author and motivational speaker and she also has been a guest speaker at Zig Ziglar Corporation numerous times. Her goal is to serve and help others achieve their full potential.
"You Can Have It All with Him," is a must-read book that will change your life! The book is now available at http://www.amazon.com.
