Anderson have joined Citrin Cooperman as partner and director, respectively, in the firm's Valuation and Forensic Services department. Barbagallo provides forensic accounting, damages calculation, business valuation, litigation support, and related services for a variety of law firms, government entities, professional organizations, and non-profit entities. Anderson specializes in fraud detection and deterrence, contingency and disaster planning, forensic accounting, computer system security, business valuations, insolvency and reorganization, white-collar crimes, and litigation support. Both practitioners are resident in Citrin Cooperman's Philadelphia office, joining a firmwide Valuation and Forensic Services department of 20 partners and staff.

A frequent lecturer for accounting and forensic organizations, Barbagallo possesses more than 25 years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, he served as a partner with Marcum, LLP in Philadelphia. Barbagallo's areas of expertise also include fraud investigation, fraud deterrence, and matrimonial consulting. He has served as an adjunct professor of accounting and is an active member of numerous professional and community organizations. Prior to his accounting career, Barbagallo was a U.S. Marine, earning eight medals and serving in Vietnam. He continues to maintain his pilot's and maritime captain's licenses and has flown several missions for a non-profit children's organization. Barbagallo is a resident of Newtown, PA.
Anderson brings to the firm many years of experience in both public accounting and the private industry. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, he was with Marcum, LLP in Philadelphia. Anderson possesses substantial consulting experience relating to computers and information technology in many industries, including wholesale distributors, manufacturers, retailers, professional services firms, and medical practices, with technology matters including software selection and implementation, disaster recovery planning, computer system security, EDI (electronic data interchange), and Internet-based business-to-business commerce. Anderson resides in Drexel Hill, PA.
